I have experienced first hand being given the space to tell my story, and feel my painful and difficult feelings after going through my own life changing experiences. This has turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done and hope to offer you the same opportunity. The whole of you is welcome and no thoughts or emotions are too big.

I am BACP AND NCPS registered and offer confidential therapeutic counselling online across the UK and in person a couple of locations locally. I also deliver Counselling Training and Clinical Supervision. All things Counselling related under one roof, based in Bexleyheath. .
