About Me

I’m an  integrative counsellor, qualified supervisor and trainer with 18 years of experience working with both adults and children. I can draw from a range of therapeutic techniques that are personalised to each individual client and work with many difficulties.

I believe the relationships between clients and myself are very important and counselling works best when you feel supported, heard and not judged; enabling you to have the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe environment.

I have been practising as a counsellor since 2006. I have experience working as a counsellor of individuals in private practice. I also have experience working in schools, youth and mental health agencies providing one to one support. In addition to this, I have experience working as a project manager in a school setting providing one to one support, group work and clinical supervision.

“Mental health…is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.”
